No-bake peanut butter and dark chocolate tartlets, with no added sugar, sweetened with OK Gold.
Procedure

Break half the total amount of chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie. Using a silicone brush, spread it over the base and sides of the paper cases (taking care to apply a fairly thick layer of chocolate, so that the tartlet does not risk breaking later on).

Place the paper cases in the freezer to chill for 10 minutes.

Make a second layer and put it back in the freezer for another 10 minutes.

Pour the peanut butter into a bowl, add OK GOLD and whisk the mixture until it becomes firm. Fill the chocolate shells with this filling, leaving a little space at the top, and leave to set in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Break the rest of the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie, then pour it into the paper cases to seal the chocolates.

Put everything back in the freezer for 15 minutes to allow them to set.
Once this time has elapsed, carefully remove the chocolates from the cases and place them on a serving plate. -

Store in a container in the fridge for 3–4 days.
