A sweet chocolate salami with no added sugar and a high fibre content, sweetened with OK Green.
Procedure

Crumble the biscuits into large pieces.

Melt the dark chocolate. Whisk the eggs with OK Green and heat to 70°C in a bain-marie.

Mix the melted chocolate into the softened butter; add the eggs and rum (egg-free version: cream the butter, OK Green, salt, then add the chocolate, milk and rum).

Sift the cocoa, add the biscuits and mix together. Shape the mixture into a sausage shape on baking paper and roll it up in cling film.

Leave to chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Remove from the fridge and decorate as desired.
