Almond biscuits with no added sugar, high in fibre and protein, sweetened with OK Gold.
Procedure

Blend the almonds until they form a flour.

Pour the flour into a bowl, add OK GOLD and the lemon zest, then mix with a spoon.

Add the egg whites as well, after beating them lightly.

Mix the dough first with a spoon, then with your hands.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180°C.

With damp hands, shape the mixture into balls (or whatever shape you prefer) and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Press down gently and decorate with flaked almonds.

Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes.
