Fried chiacchiere with no added sugar, high in fibre, sweetened with OK Green.
Procedure

Sift the flour and inulin together.

Beat the eggs withOK Greene, salt and Alchermes; pour over the dry ingredients.

Knead quickly, add the softened butter and knead until the dough is smooth. Leave to rest for 2 hours in the fridge.

Roll out the pastry very thinly (1 mm), then cut out 5×10 cm rectangles with a small slit in the centre.

Fry in oil at 175°C until golden brown on both sides. Drain on kitchen paper and garnish as desired.
